PathoSoft - Enterprise Grade Clinical Software Ecosystem

PathoSoft - Enterprise Grade Clinical Software Ecosystem
PathoSoft is an advanced multi-tenant cloud-based laboratory and diagnostic center management platform. Through its powerful cloud architecture, each hospital or lab unit can independently maintain data security while automating patient registration, billing, barcode tracking, and pathological report generation. This enterprise-grade clinical software ecosystem offers a 15-day free trial with full access to all modules, followed by a yearly subscription model that ensures seamless continuity with all previous data intact.

The Challenge

Diagnostic centers and laboratories traditionally face significant operational inefficiencies including manual errors in patient registration, lack of real-time synchronization between central systems and local hardware, inefficient barcode and test-tube tracking, and delayed pathological report generation. Additionally, ensuring data security and isolation for multiple lab units within a single platform while maintaining seamless local hardware integration (thermal printers, queue displays, barcode generators) presents a complex technical challenge.

Our Solution

PathoSoft re-architects the entire laboratory workflow through a robust multi-tenant cloud architecture with 256-bit SSL encryption. The platform provides an isolated secure tenant database for each registered lab instantly upon registration. A dedicated Windows desktop client (.exe) bridges the gap between cloud and local hardware, enabling live synchronization of patient data with thermal printers for barcode stickers and test tube labels. The system features a centralized web dashboard for staff and API token generation, automated report generation, and a seamless 15-day trial-to-annual-subscription model. Dedicated operations and SLA support ensures smooth deployment and continuous assistance.
